Prom Policies: 1)No Alchohol or other Intoxicants or cigarettes allowed in the Limousine. 2) All packages bags ect go into the trunk of the vehicle Chauffer may inspect them if necessary. 3) The privacy screen remains open at all times to allow supervision by the chauffer. 4) Chauffer will phone parents if alchohol or drugs are detected. 5) Parent must provide a phone or cellphone number in case of violation or emergency 6) No additional teens are allowed in the limousine other than what was contracted in the original charter. 7) Moon roof will be locked closed.   Contract Agreement: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 days of charter are billed @ 100%. Please observe our non-smoking policy. The client is responsible for guests and assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to vehicle caused by client or guest whether by accident neglect or intent. We assume no respnsibility for articles left in vehicle. Driver may terminate charter at any time without refund if they deem the party unruly or endangering the safe operation of the vehicle. Driver is not responsible for illegal acts during rental. We will not be responsible for any delays or inconveinces due to traffic unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed "Act Of God". We reserve the right to substitute alternative vehicles in the event of an occurence beyond our control. Client assumes full financial responsiblities for all payments due at the end of the charter including overtime gratuity and damage fees. Regurgitation fees are $200 everything else will be estimated by a professional. Client authorizes charges to credit card with/without imprint.
